Check out Nova Scotia’s Warmest Ocean Beaches

Looking for a classic beach day in Nova Scotia? Head to the Northumberland Shore where you’ll find some of the warmest ocean waters in Canada. Waters here can reach up to 22°C (72°F) during the summer months. Thanks to its shallow depths and sun-soaked shoreline, this stretch of coast is a summer favourite for swimming, splashing, and soaking up the sun. Whether you’re into long walks on wide sandbars, quiet coves for wading, or lively family spots with all the amenities, you’ll find a beach that suits your vibe. Grab your towel and sunscreen—warm water and laid-back beach days are waiting.
