Open year-round
Discover our eco-conscious retreat, nestled in nature along the tranquil Halfway River, in Nova Scotia’s stunning Annapolis Valley. We offer a quiet kind of luxury – one that honours the area, the land and our guests. With the picturesque shores of the Bay of Fundy waterways just a short drive away, stay in one of our two thoughtfully designed geodesic domes or escape to our one-of-a-kind seasonal treehouse. We are perfectly situated for nature-inspired getaways, meaningful experiences and memorable events.
Our Domes
Our two luxury geodesic domes ‘The Maple’ and ‘The Cedar’ are designed to bring the beauty of nature inside while surrounding you with all the comforts of a restful, well-appointed stay. With cozy queen size beds, spa-like bathrooms with rainfall showers, thoughtfully stocked kitchenettes, and many special little touches, each dome invites you to slow down and settle in. Private outdoor dome amenities include a propane firepit, outdoor projector and screen, a full-size BBQ, and a hot tub for a restful evening under the stars! Open year-round, the domes offer a unique and immersive stay in every season.
We’re proud to share that ‘The Cedar’ dome is designed with accessibility in mind and meets local barrier free building code standards, offering a welcoming and spacious step free layout. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with supportive bars and a handheld showerhead. The patio is ground level with a ramp leading to the hot tub to help make it more accessible.
Treehouse Accommodation
Perched among the pine trees and powered by the sun, ‘The Pine’ off-grid treehouse is available for overnight stays in nature from May through November. With amenities including a private outdoor shower, incinerating toilet, queen bed, covered and screened in kitchen and living spaces, propane firepit, and an extra-large BBQ, ‘The Pine’ offers everything needed for a truly one-of-a-kind stay for everyone, including your inner child that has always wanted to sleep in the trees.
Guests have access to retreat amenities and special places throughout the property such as gardens, trails, and the river where we invite you to relax, restore and rejuvenate.
In 2025, we introduced a cedar sauna to our growing ‘Secret Garden’ space — a mindful hideaway to warm up, slow down, and simply be. We are excited to introduce our 400 sq ft Sunhouse gathering space, a bright and welcoming event space that is perfect for intimate celebrations, weddings/elopements, creative moments, retreats, and so much more!
