With breathtaking views of the Bay of Fundy and the Landscape of Grand Pré UNESCO World Heritage site, this intimate dinner, set between rows of grape vines, is paired tableside with award-winning wines by a celebrated chef and features short films curated by the Devour! team.
You’ll be welcomed to the vineyard with a glass of Nova Scotia sparkling wine. From there, you’ll be led on a guided stroll through the vineyard.
As the sun hits golden hour, the group will convene in the vineyard for their first wine and food pairing – fresh Nova Scotia oysters shucked by Chef Jason Lynch
Guests will then be seated at the stunning harvest table, made from wood from a linden tree that used to stand tall and proud on winery property. The set harvest table in the vineyard is where you enjoy a four-course, al fresco meal prepared by Chefs Jason Lynch & Michael Howell paired with Grand Pré wines. The Devour! team has curated four short films that will mark the start of each course. The chefs will talk about both the inspiration they drew from each film, along with the fresh, locally-sourced ingredients in each dish.
