Laurie Provincial Park is located just minutes from downtown Halifax. The park offers a quiet lakeside setting with a wide variety of outdoor activities including canoeing, water skiing, fishing, kayaking, swimming, and walking. Or, take a short drive and enjoy the city’s historic waterfront, restaurants, shopping, museums and other attractions.

Provincial Wildlife Park (Shubenacadie), Shubie Park and Fairbanks Centre (both in Dartmouth), Halifax Stanfield International Airport and Atlantic Canada Aviation Museum (Enfield) and Oakfield Provincial Park.

Campground accommodations include:  
63 wooded overnight sites (un-serviced). 

Park amenities include: 
flush toilets, showers, dishwashing station, disposal station, fire grills, dock for canoes/kayaks, picnic area, wood, and ice. This is a Campground Host park. Leashed pets permitted.
