Renovated by new owners Deborah & Jeff since 2022, the privately owned Digby Campground with oceanviews and full hookup RV sites is the only campground located in the heart of the Town of Digby, Nova Scotia along the Bay of Fundy and is only a 4 minute drive to the Bay Ferries Terminal with daily trips Digby to Saint John, New Brunswick.
With upgraded 30 amp electric, town water and sewer, upgraded Wifi, newly decorated restrooms/showers and office, new communal patio with firepits and games and a guest pergola with spectacular views, our guests enjoy our relaxing atmosphere.
Take a stroll along the Railbed Trail to downtown Digby (10 – 15 minute walk) where you can eat in one of the many restaurants serving a variety of seafood including the world famous Digby scallops or take your bike along the trail and explore the many beautiful areas. Just a 2 minute drive from the Campground to the entryway of the Digby Neck you can enjoy many activities including whale watching to see humpback, fin, and minke whales or take a hike on one of the many trails including the famous Balancing Rock.
Campground guests love to visit the picturesque Point Prim Lighthouse and enjoy the spectacular sunset in the evening. Join other campground guests on the patio for a communal fire in the evening or take in a game of bocce ball, ladderball or cornhole during your stay.
Across the street from the Campground you can experience the world’s highest tides and take a walk along the ocean floor to look for seaglass at low tide. Known as the central location to stay, guests enjoy day trips to visit the surrounding towns of Annapolis Royal (30 min), Bear River Wineries (15 min), Kejimkujik National Park (50 min), Weymouth (30 min) and enjoy the spectacular drive along the #1 to Yarmouth (50 min) where you can visit the beautiful Mavillette beach. No open fires in RV lots (propane firepits are permitted).
