You and your family are encouraged to take part in any of our special events which occur on selected weekends. Come and enjoy the beauty of Lake Charlotte. Our camping experience also offers something for the whole family in a friendly and peaceful atmosphere. Spend some time on the water in our paddle boats, canoes or kayaks. Our location is also close to many attractions and activities in the area. Visit Memory Lane Heritage Museum in the community of Lake Charlotte, which depicts life in rural 1940s Nova Scotia. Costumed guides, period artifacts and representations of rural industries like mining and boatbuilding will transport visitors back to a simpler time. Walk along the rugged shores of Clam Harbour, a beautiful, natural sand beach. With a concession and interpretive centre, as well as a picnic area and hiking trails, it is ideal for beachcombers and athletes alike.
Our accommodations include a large 2-bedroom cottage (double and queen beds and a sofa-bed), 3-piece bath (shower), as well as a full kitchen and living room. Television, telephone and wireless Internet are available to guests. Entertain on your own back deck with a propane barbecue. Explore the beautiful lake by canoeing, pedal boating, kayaking, and swimming, or just lounge on the private dock. There is also a boat launch with marine gas for sale.
We are a proud member of the Tourism Industry Association of Nova Scotia and Campground Owners Association of Nova Scotia.
