With breathtaking views of the Bay of Fundy and the Landscape of Grand Pré UNESCO World Heritage site, this intimate dinner, set between rows of grape vines, is paired tableside with award-winning wines by a celebrated chef and features short films curated by the Devour! team.
You’ll be welcomed to the vineyard by the winery’s owner/winemaker with a glass of Nova Scotia sparkling wine. From there, you’ll be led on a guided stroll through the vineyard.
As the sun begins to set, you’ll join fellow wine lovers on a deck with sweeping views of the surrounding area for fresh Nova Scotia oysters paired with Tidal Bay wine. You’ll then be led into the vineyard where a beautiful, exclusive dinner party awaits.
A five-course, al fresco meal, prepared by celebrated Chefs Jason Lynch and Michael Howell will be paired with Grand Pré wines. As you savour each delicious course, the Devour! team will curate five short films. The chefs will talk about the inspiration they drew from each film, and the fresh, locally-sourced ingredients they used in crafting each dish.
