Admirez ce qui fut, au XIXe siècle, une collectivité vivant de la construction de navires ainsi que de l'exploitation de la forêt et de mines d'or, écoutez ses sons, humez son air. 25 bâtiments sur leurs emplacements d'origine: magasin Cumminger Brothers, Ambrotype Studio, Sherbrooke Hotel, officine d'un médecin de campagne (v 1910) dans la maison originale, maison grandiose de John Cumminger, magasin d'entreprise et rare scierie à lame verticale.

Admission : Admission charged.

Ouvert du 1er juin au 15 octobre : 9h30 à 17h tous les jours.

Government operated.Museum.

Yes, it's true you can get a little lobster on the run, but I highly recommend you also take the slow food route. Enjoy the experience at one of our fabulous restaurants, or even get it straight of the boat. Tuck in a bib...no one is looking.
