	Go Big in the Bay of FundyThe highest tides in the world rise and fall in the Bay of Fundy. The huge tidal range of 16 metres (54 feet) creates some spectacular opportunities for adventure from whale-watching where the giants of the deep surface almost within arm’s reach to taking a rollercoaster ride atop the tidal bore in a Zodiac raft. Throw in some breathtaking bird watching and stunning scenery and your Fundy vacation experience will be one for the record books.



	Take it back a century or two… or three or fourHistory lives here. In fact, it sets off a cannon off every day at noon. It gathers for huge historic reenactments. It grows roses in ancient gardens. And welcomes you aboard a saltbank schooner and takes you for a tour of some of the continent’s oldest graveyards. Visit any of Nova Scotia’s 13 world-class National Historic Sites of Canada, including the Fortress of Louisbourg, Halifax Citadel and the 18th century streets of "Old Town" Lunenburg, a UNESCO World Heritage Town.
