Chef Jean Pierre has been delighting clients with his exquisite French cuisine for over 30 years. He left France and has worked at some of the best restaurants in Canada. He started his career in Cape Breton and ended up in Ontario, but he has now returned to his favourite destination.
Chef Gillet prepares Canadian cuisine with a French flair which translates into excellent cuisine with fabulous flavours. Just imagine a little piece of France right here in Cape Breton. We serve fresh lobster, steaks, rack of lamb, salads and appetizers to die for!
Many clients have discovered our restaurant and have called it "Cape Breton's best-kept secret." Bras d'Or Lakes Inn located in St. Peter's is a Four-Star hotel with a Five-Star, fine dining restaurant.
