Our vocation is to feed, nurture and pamper.  Our menus are health conscience fresh and favorable.  We aim to feature local ingredients and experiment with a variety of methods for cooking, smoking, grilling, slow-roasting, baking, flash frying, steaming, poaching and sauteing.

Preserving flavours and coaxing the most out of food is important to us with emphasis on quality and quantity.
