Go to the pound. The lobster pound, that is. You can pick up fresh, live lobster to take away and prepare yourself, or pick up some crawlies that have already been cooked – perfect for picnicking seaside; or at places like Hall’s Harbour and Hubbards, the local pounds have restaurants on site.

Located in the beautiful Annapolis Valley, Between the Bushes is
one of Nova Scotia�s premier agri-tourism destinations. Enjoy our
country setting and warm hospitality. Relax in our bright, inviting
dining room or on our patio, overlooking 60 scenic acres of highbush
blueberries. Savor creative delights, prepared from scratch, taking
advantage of our bounty of fresh local ingredients. We highlight the
seasons by celebrating local producers and providing guests with an
opportunity to taste and learn more about where their food comes from.

Hours: May - October (open hours vary according to season).
Special Occasions.

Our on-site Blueberry Acres u-pick opens late July/early August
through mid/late September.
Pick sweet highbush blueberries right off the bush.

Yurt Backcountry Camping at Kejimkujik National Park
