Chebucto Hiking Club introduces people to great hiking trails and natural footpath in the Halifax Metro and South Shore regions.  Take part in one of our guided walks which are 10 km or longer. The pace, which is dependent on the terrain, is generally 4-5 km/hour, with a typical 10 km walk taking a little over 2 hours. We also have self-guided “permanent trails” – walk maps and directions are provided. These beautiful “city walks” are found in Bedford, the Northwest Arm, Halifax to Dartmouth, Mahone Bay and Lunenburg. We have regular hikes or snow shoe walks when we can! Visit our website for further details on our guided walks and hiking trails.
