One Life Surf School in Lawrencetown Beach on the Eastern Shore provides surf lessons to groups and individuals. We also offer co-ed lessons, all-women lessons, family instructions and surf camps. Our lessons run for approximately 2.5 hours and an instructor is with you the entire time. Gear is provided by us.
One Life Surf Lessons will give you the low-down on gear, maintenance, safety, surfing etiquette, and basic ocean knowledge. Instruction also includes a practical lesson in the water. Additional services include: personal photographer option, children's surf camps, professional development (team-building, conflict resolution, etc), leadership training, and self-care such as massage therapy and yoga.
