The Cobequid Interpretation Centre situated in Economy (Highway 2) in the Fundy Shore and the Annapolis Valley region provides pictures, videos and interpretive panels to explain the geology, history and culture of the West Colchester area. A World War II Observation Tower offers a spectacular view of the tides and countryside.
The Centre can also provide hiking trail information in Colchester highlighting the river, gorges, and waterfalls in the Economy River Wilderness Area, as well as Thomas’ Cove Coastal Reserve trails. Bus tours are welcome.
