Walking Tours of Maitland, located in East Hants in the Fundy Shore and Annapolis Valley region, includes three self-guided tours of Nova Scotia’s first Heritage Conservation District, as well as 19th-century shipbuilders’ homes in architectural styles ranging from Greek Revival to Victorian. Tour books are available at the Lawrence House Museum, South Maitland Visitor Information Centre, and East Hants Historical Museum (nominal fee).
