The Tatamagouche Tattoo Festival 2013 promises to, once again, bring feelings of pride and celebration to the audiences attending the events.
Traditionally we honour our heritage and military contributions to Canada and the world through music. This year the festival theme is "Remembering Betty Murray". Betty was a community educator whose legacy defined community arts and life. Starting in 1980, she wrote and produced a series of 14 plays with music, each depicting a different special event in the history of Tatamagouche. The Tatamagouche Tattoo Festival 2013 will bring back the memory and artistic accomplishments of Betty Murray.
