The fourteenth annual Read by the Sea festival  features invites all book lovers to beautiful River John village on Saturday, July 20th.

Read by the Sea 2013 will present four writers at the adult stage: Marina Endicott, Vincent Lam, Rebecca Silver-Slayter, and poet Phil Hall.

The children’s stages will host Vicki Grant, Jan Coates, and Jody Nyasha Warner. Saturday begins with WordPlay at 9:30. Centre Stage, the readings and author interviews for adults, begins at 2:00. Bring a lawn chair.
 
 The Fest Feast follows the afternoon readings. The evening closes with an Open Mic.
