Interpretive exhibits illustrating lifestyle experienced by early settlers of northern Cape Breton. Exhibits include gypsum quarry, stores, church histories, shipwrecks, furnishings, school and transportation, forge, settlers’ gardens. Extensive genealogy centre and archives, information centre, c@p site. Daily blacksmith demos; weekly speakers.
