The Nova Scotia Marathon/Half Marathon & 10K run takes place in the Municipality of Barrington, located on the south west shore of Nova Scotia.

The race begins on Sherose Island and takes you through the business district of Barrington Passage, where you will make the turn onto Cape Sable Island. Runners will follow the route until signage indicates where the half marathon and 10K runners must make their turn to return to the finish line.

Runners will enjoy this coastal run which is mainly flat with some rolling hills. The Full Marathon will take you to Nova Scotia's most southerly point, The Hawk, and includes some of the most beautiful ocean views around!
