A weekend of music workshops, jam sessions, a concert, and much more, in St. Peter's, Cape Breton.
Designed for traditional music enthusiasts at beginner and intermediate levels, this event offers small-group instruction sessions in guitar, fiddle, mandolin, tinwhistle, songwriting, and square dancing. We even have an on-site luthier to tend to minor repairs and adjustments.
The cost for Music Camp participants is $225 for the full program, and we offer an early-bird discount to $195 if you register before April 15. That includes jam session socials on two nights, all your workshops, 2 lunches, a gourmet supper, a fantastic concert on Saturday night, and how can we say...a weekend that will make any traditonal music enthusiast very happy.
The cost for accompanists (i.e. partners who want to come for all the food and fun, but don't want to take workshops) is $100. That's 3 very nice meals, a concert, and our two social jam sessions...and leisure time to explore St. Peter's and area.
