Lordly Estate Municipal Museum & Park, located in beautiful Chester in the South Shore region, features a fine example of Georgian architecture (c 1806). Lordly House was the family home of Charles Lordly, a prominent merchant, an entrepreneur, and the first municipal clerk. The museum provides government and historical displays of the municipality, as well as some local genealogy and research centre (at 75 Regent Street). 


A park and playground surround the museum. The museum also offers public access to Internet and e-mail (c@p site).
