Come home to the Gaelic College in 2013, to celebrate the 75
Anniversary of the College’s founding. An exciting week of music, dancing, songs, laughter, and more will welcome you to our beautiful campus, nestled in the hills overlooking St. Ann’s Bay in Cape Breton. From Sunday, June 30 to Saturday, July 6, the traditions of the Gaelic College will be celebrated, with a gala opening, theatrical production presented by the St. Ann’s Bay Players, a square dance, and a grand finale concert, along with daily ceilidhs, demonstrations, classes, workshops, guest speakers, and much, much more! With a rich history of promoting and preserving Nova Scotia Gaelic culture, the Gaelic College is the hub for experiencing our unique language, music, dance, arts, crafts, and traditions.
Join us in 2013 to celebrate all that is Nova Scotia Gaelic culture.
