Located on the Northumberland Shore in Ambercrombie, Nova Scotia, Crombie House is home to a collection of 19th- and 20th-century art by Canadian artists. Displayed in the former home of F.H. Sobey, the collection features works of art by Cornelius Kreighoff, the Group of Seven and other Canadian and Nova Scotian artists, with a diversity of style, subject and interpretation.
Crombie House is open to the public Wednesdays only, from July 1 to August 31. Guided tours are provided at 10 a.m., 2 p.m., and 4 p.m., and admission is free.
