The Colchester Historeum, located in the town of Truro, part of the Bay of Fundy & Annapolis Valley region of Nova Scotia, is home to the social and natural history of Colchester County. The Historeum offers an array of programs and maintains a permanent and growing collection of artifacts which depict the settling of the region to present day.
The Historeum also features special seasonal exhibits, is a resource for genealogical research, and maintains histories of families from the area and of the community. We also offer local history and genealogy publications for sale in our Museum Shop.
