This will be our second annual Music Camp on the Canal, following a very successful inaugural event that brought 30 bright eyed players together from around Atlantic Canada and New England.
Designed for traditional music enthusiasts at beginner and intermediate levels, this event offers small-group instruction sessions in guitar, dobro & slide, bass, fiddle, mandolin, tenor banjo, bodhran, tinwhistle, singing, music composition and square dancing. We even have an on-site luthier to tend to minor repairs and adjustments.
Registration includes jam session socials on two nights, all your workshops, 2 lunches, a gourmet supper, a fantastic concert on Saturday night, and how can we say...a weekend that will make any traditonal music enthusiast very happy. The cost for accompanists (i.e. partners who want to come for all the food and fun, but don't want to take workshops) is $100. That's 3 very nice meals, a concert, and our two social jam sessions...and leisure time to explore St. Peter's and area.

Details: The cost for Music Camp participants is $225 for the full program. We offer an early-bird discount to $175 if you register before March 1.
