Charles will explain the ins and outs of quahog farming and how Malagash Bay became such a rich habitat for shellfish. He'll also give you a tour of his shellfish hatchery and processing facility, before leading you down to the shore to start digging.
Cost for 1-4 people is $20, plus $1 per pound of harvested quahogs. Shovels and buckets are provided.
