Let our culinary team introduce you to incredible tastes of Nova Scotia and the culinary artistry of DesBarres Manor Inn with a special two-night Gourmet Getaway Package.

Your first evening celebrates the food & wine of Nova Scotia. The Chef will delight you with a three course dinner that brings the seasonal tastes of Nova Scotia to your plate. Each course will be paired with a Nova Scotia wine to experience the unique matching of local cuisine and wine.

Your second day will start with a full breakfast followed by free time to relax on the Manor grounds where we grow many of the organic herbs and vegetables that are used in our signature dishes or tour Chedabucto Bay where we source seafood for our menus. In the evening, our Chef will delight you from our spectacular open kitchen with a distinctive five course tasting menu featuring unique ingredients from our network of local suppliers, as well as fresh selections from our gardens on a seasonal basis.

You will have the option to choose the Chef’s special flight of wines from the Proprietor’s wine collection to compliment his unique menu.

The next morning, the Manor team will send you on your way with another full breakfast.
