Your cooking getaway starts in the Manor kitchen where you’ll learn some of our East Coast culinary techniques from our chef. Chef MacLellan's menus include hand-selected local ingredients such as mushrooms and fiddleheads along with vegetables and herbs from his organic farm and the Inn's organic gardens. Fruit, vegetables, meat and fish products are also sourced from local farms and fishers.

After class, relax and enjoy the comfort of your luxurious room before joining the Chef in the dining room for a five course tasting menu. After dinner, retreat to the Parlour Room for a complimentary glass of port and a game of backgammon. Your cooking getaway is completed the next morning with a full breakfast in the dining room.
