This annual showcase of restaurants, wines and beverages brings together chefs, cooks, sommeliers and other professionals to present the best of Nova Scotia's culinary scene.

Event goers will have the opportunity to visit each booth, tasting what has been prepared for them for the evening, tantalizing their tastebuds and discovering the culinary scene that is Nova Scotia. With over 55 booths in this year's show you will be sure to not go home hungry, thirsty or without plenty of new ideas for places to eat!
