Castle Moffett is located at the beginning of the Highlands on Cape Breton Island and situated on a 200-acre mountain-to-lake estate overlooking the beautiful Bras d’Or Lakes. Our romantic castle has an old-world ambience; take a walk in our fountained gardens and see a variety of wildlife.

We are just 15 minutes west of the Village of Baddeck and close to many Cape Breton attractions such as the world famous Cabot Trail, six championship golf courses, Fortress of Louisbourg, whale watching cruises, Bird Island cruises,sailing, fishing, kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, and much more. 

Our accommodations include 9 luxurious air-conditioned rooms (King, Queen, Twin) with ensuite 5-piece bath (whirlpool), four-poster or canopy bed, antiques, large sitting areas, fireplace and balconies overlooking the Bras d’Or Lakes.
