WYNNE, Joseph

I am helping a friend research her family tree and we are trying to find information on her Great Uncle Joseph Wynne. Joseph was born 1907 Cheshire, England, UK and story has it that he went to Canada and joined the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. I have looked on the passenger lists and found him sailing to Halifax, Canada in 1929 and have also found a citation card for being awarded the British Empire Medal on 16th June 1945. His regiment no. L-22069 but other than that I cannot find out if he was with the RCMP or any other information.

We would love to know more about Joseph.
