Halibut with Strawberry Salsa

Ingredients

Salsa

1 pint fresh strawberries cut in chunks 1/2 L
2 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro 30 ml
3 tbsp olive oil 45 ml
1/2 tsp coarse sea salt 2 ml
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper 2 ml
  juice of 1/2 lemon, 1/2 lime and 1/2 medium-size orange  

Halibut

2 tbsp olive oil 30 ml
7-8 oz fresh halibut filets (1 per person) 200-225g

Directions

Salsa

Mix all ingredients together, and refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes 2 cups (500 ml) or 6 generous servings

Halibut

Place halibut in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 5 minutes. Top with chilled salsa and serve immediately.
